Haven't posted anything in ages. No time! Maybe I'll get back on it, soon. I'd love to be doing photography, but instead I'm working, reading, writing, teaching ... and never stopping!

So. I'm in Texas. And it's extraordinarily dull. First of all, the weather here is monotonous. There's no variation. It's just hot every day. Occasionally it rains, and that's the only time it's nice. And then there's the area. It's flat. It's dry. It's a scorched wasteland. There's nothing interesting around here. No forests. No hills. No streams or brooks. And, to top it all off, hardly anything to take pictures of. Even the people here aren't exactly my cup of tea. There are exceptions to that. But, there's just so much pretension. It's really intolerable. Not to mention, my classes aren't even that interesting. Well, that's that. Jus

So I'm leaving for Texas tomorrow. Driving a big old U-Haul. My roommate and I are planning to arrive on Tuesday, and move in on Wednesday. Should be an adventure. I'll be back on in a few days.
